Fire Projects Coordinator

The coordinator at inControl Systems Inc. will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. He/She will coordinate internal and external teams to ensure the successful execution of fire protection projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating and executing fire projects, possess project management qualifications, and be familiar with industry codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales department to review, prepare, and issue bid and quotation packages.

• Negotiate terms and conditions of new contracts.

• Coordinate and align internal and external resources for project execution.

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Establish and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal resources.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate and manage resources.

• Conduct field/site surveys and joint sales calls with customers.

• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

• Perform factory acceptance testing and supervise project closeout activities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.

• 5+ years of experience coordinating and executing fire projects.

• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.

• Experience working with EPC contractors in Oil and Gas, Power Gen, and industrial projects.

• Working knowledge of codes and standards for fire protection.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time and project management abilities.

• Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and AutoCAD.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 (to be discussed based on qualifications).

• Company benefits plan available after three months of employment.
